Deposit Required

A $25 deposit is required for any service $100+

    A $10 deposit is required for all other services     

 

Late Arrival

  I allow a  15 minute grace period for your appointment. 

After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.

 

Cancellations

A 24 hour notice from the time of your appointment is required to receive your full deposit.

 No Call No Shows 

If you have done a NCNS and want to book again you will have to pay 50% of the missed service to be able to book your appointment.

If at any point you have done two NCNS and want to book again you will have to pay 100% of the missed service to be able to book your appointment.

3 NCNS=No Appointment 

 

Touch-Ups

Lash touch-up appointments are provided and needs to be scheduled in the following 3 days of your appointment.

Lash Fill

In order for your service to qualify as a fill you must have at least 50% of your lashes.

Before we continue with the service, I’ll inform you if we’ll continue as a fill or if a full set will be needed. 

 

Existing Lashes

I will work on other lash artists' work if the lashes are up to my working standards. I will only be able to tell you if I can continue with the service once we are in person and lashes are inspected. If the work if not to my standards we could proceed with a removal and new set.

Lash Cleaning Fee

 Please arrive with clean lashes or a $5 cleaning fee will be applied.

Refunds

 Please note there will be no refunds after services are completed as I have invested my time and costs.
